Zach Shoes Pediped
A look at what is currently available on eBay
I need very soft shoes for my one year old What brand should I buy?
I found these but do you think they will be soft enough as my one year old hates to wear shoes http://www.amazon.com/pediped-Infant-Toddler-Zach-Sneaker/dp/B0023B2XCC/ref=pd_sbs_shoe_4
Target sells an store brand of Robeez which are great. While they won't be great for walking outside in the rain or snow in a few months, they are made of leather and are moccasin-like. My daughter loved them because they were soft, cute, and the soles are simply leather and thus very flexible which allowed her to feel how she was walking. I really liked these! The ones you found are similar, but Robeez and Target's uses elastic and not velcro. Still, the ones you found would probably be just as nice. Target's sells for around $12-15 and are called MiniStar shoes. Here's a link that shows you some of them:

Or if that won't work, go to Target.com, click on Baby, then look at "Shoes + Accessories" on the menu on the left, and click on "PreWalk Shoes."
I hope you can find the ones that will work best for him, though!
