Hey I wanna paint Nike Tennis Shoes, the zoom vapour 6 shoe black red, what paint do i use and some steps?
I heard Acrylic is the best for this, but it tends to flake a lot, I also heard enamel paint is also good, will spray paint do the Job?
Please keep in mind I still want to play with these shoes.

It depends if they are canvas or leather. If they are canvas you will do ok with acrylics, just mix it with a textile medium. This way the paint will not crack with continues use or washing.
If they are leather you need specialized paint for , or the paint will peel
I would never use spray paint for the shoes. Not only it will be very messy, but the the paint might not be permanent.
