The second one. The first looks nice in the picture, but I have a feeling that the dress may be one of those things that looks good in the picture but looks terrible in person. On closer inspection of the pictures, the fabric actually looks thin and cheap. =/ I think you'd be disappointed if you ordered it.
If you like the flowers in the skirt, do you know you can do something similar yourself on the second one? Just buy some silk flowers in a style you like, and hand stitch or fabric glue them on to the hem of the second dress. You could stitch or pin on more flowers to the sash or bodice, wherever you think they'd look nice.
