Volleyball workout help?

I'm going to be a freshman this coming fall and i'm going to be on the volleyball team. We don't have tryouts, we just have to complete this 20 minute workout. If you don't complete it in 20 minutes you can't play in the games until you complete it.

The 20 minute workout is:
1. Hop continuously for 90 seconds
2 Run a 400(1 lap)
3. Grapevine as fast as you can 6x's the width of the fball field
4.Standing broad jump the width of the fball field
5. Run to starting line and jump 50 ropes(both feet)
6. 10 push-ups
7.Run a 200
8. 10 push-ups
9. Repeat 7 & 8 four times
10. Stride 5x's the width of the football field
11. Finish with a 300

Okay, i'm not really an athletic person and i was wondering:
1.How can i pace myself nicely on this workout?
2. How to pace myself while running
3. How to do correct push-ups and practice on them

And does this seem kind of hard?

1 - Short break between each like 15 seconds
2 - Have you heard of '' runners high'' ? when you find a speed that you can keep up even though ur legs feel like jelly.
3 - To tell if you are doing it right you should be ale to feel the strain in the areas its suppose to help.
