are the nike shox running shoes worth the price?
the usually average about 100 dollars? do you own a pair and are they worth the investment?
I think you would be better off not worrying about the brand. The best shoes are going to be the ones that fit you best and Nike may not be that brand. You don't have to spend $100 to get good running shoes. The high priced shoes are usually the newest arrivals at the store. You can good shoes for $60 to $80.
Check out a running shoe store and get fitted. They will examine your foot and the way your run/walk and recommend the right type of shoes for you. If you can test them out in the store, go for it. Last time I was in the store I tried on 6 different brands and ran on the treadmill with each brand. I tried on a pair of Nikes Air Zoom Vomeros and they were way too squishy.
