Looking for stores in NYC that sell -colorful leggins/stockings,cool modern tees with crazy designs and pattern,skinny jeans,unique dresses, n cool sneakers and shoes.

I live in BK (brooklyn) and i really like the girly/preppy/punk rock/urban rockstar look, so I only want suggestion on the HOTTEST of these types of stores in the city.
remember ppl MODERN- so please no old fashion clothing stores. Websites would be a great suggestion also.
